Sound is not only heard through our ears, but felt by every cell in our body as it is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies.

A Sound Bath or Sound healing / Vibrational Therapy is the practice of using sound and frequency for relaxation, healing and personal development.

As you lie back and relax, you will be taken on a sensory journey where your mind, body and soul will be bathed, immersed and attuned to the healing properties produced by an assortment of instruments and sounds including crystal bowls, drums, chimes and gong, freeing yourself from stagnant energy, and restoring harmony within.
