Personal one 2 one classes take place in the comfort of your own home, or during the summer months you are welcome to join me in mine or meet in the great outdoors at a local park.
The Lessons are structured around your individual capability and will evolve as you continue to strengthen and deepen your practice.
As you grow to understand safe, correct alignment of poses and learn how to modify the practice for your body, we will broaden your mental, physical and spiritual boundaries through the practice of the 8 Limbs of yoga including Pranayama (breath work), Dhyana (meditation) and Asana (the poses).
