Myofascial Release Workshop

Saturday 14th December 2019

1:15 - 3:15pm

This workshop focuses on muscular trigger point fascial release. Giving the protective fibrous netting of connective tissue surrounding every muscle within the body a well earned massage. Incorporating the restorative aspects of yoga & simple breath-based mindfulness, the result is an enhanced capacity to release tension, ultimately where no ordinary yoga practice will take you – deep into your fascial layer.

Equipped with 2 tennis balls, Brodie will teach you tools you can take home to help you unwind and release. You will experience profound freedom in your body as well as increased ease in your asana or exercise practice and beyond.

This is an all-levels workshop, geared toward anyone wanting to move, walk, think, exercise and sleep more easily.

If you have a body, it will be happier after this Myofascial Release Workshop. 

        No previous experience is required.
