YOGA BASICS WORKSHOP

This workshop will help take your practice to the next level. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, “Back to Basics” will help to further develop your skills of Tuning in & Tuning up, with a focus on Building & Maintaining a Solid Foundation. Giving you the opportunity to personalise your own practice by asking the questions you’ve always wanted to ask about those poses you find challenging or are working towards. We will focus on safe mindful alignment of core poses found in your everyday practice and deepen your understanding of the breath body connection, building strength from the inside out. We’ll then put these new found techniques into a flowing sequence to ensure the body and mind lock it in, giving you a sense of assured freedom to safely take into your practice.
