During this Retreat we will have 5 full days of twice daily yoga classes, including meditation, music and mantras as well as time to enjoy swimming in the pool or Mediterranean Sea. Enjoy delicious local French food and wine or take a day trip to Cannes, Nice or Monaco or simply Rest, Relax & Recharge in this magnificent setting and take in the spectacular scenery of the Cote d’Azur.
Personal one 2 one lessons can also be arranged to help deepen your practice, just ask!

THE VENUE :
James Bond meets Hollywood chic is one way to describe celebrated Artist & Architect Édouard Delaporte’s bespoke pieces of Sculpture, Art and Interior design which gives this Luxury Villa so much charm & elegance, inviting ones own sense of creativity to flourish. Perfectly set amongst the beautiful marine & parasol pines of the region, it has magnificent views of the mediterranean, The Alps and surrounding towns of Juan Les Pins and Antibes., with Monaco & Cannes just a stones throw away. This charming villa offers peaceful tranquility set high on the hill of Cap d’Antibes whilst being a short scenic stroll from local beaches, culture and amenities.
The Villa is exclusively for guests on this Retreat and includes comfortable en-suite bedrooms, some with private terraces, a spacious fully equipped yoga studio, two outdoor yoga terraces overlooking the gorgeous pool with stunning views of the sea and mountains, magical, quiet garden hideaway spots to reflect and a sauna to detox and de-stress. A private chef will supply homemade locally sourced healthy food catering for all dietary requirements. There is also a private massage therapist to pamper you a little more on request. The Villa offers Mindfulness & Wellbeing in a peaceful, warm and welcoming environment, perfect for a "sejour" of yoga, sun and relaxation surrounded by the natural beauty of the French Riviera at the heart of the Côte D’Azur.

Bus & Train :
The best way to get from Nice to Antibes is by train which takes 26m and costs 8€ - 18€. Alternatively, you can take a bus, which costs 1€ - 2€ and takes 30m.
Nice to Antibes train services, operated by SNCF, depart from Nice Ville station.
Antibes Staiton is a 20-25min walk to The Villa

6 Bedrooms total, each with an ensuite bathroom complete with bidet.

4 x Single Occupancy for singles or couples or those that are happy to share two large single beds set in a double frame if desired
( partners are welcomed with no obligation to participate in the yoga - only on request, POA).
Sauna room for 3-4, complete with shower facility.
Outdoor Pool with amazing sea and mountain views.
There are 4 Sun Terraces for communal use.
The private grounds of this Luxury Villa offer a place to reflect & connect with nature in all its splendour, maybe with a book or with just the beauty of your being.
Lift & Wheelchair Access:
The Villa has a lift to all levels, including the terrace, to help aid those who are unable to use the stairs.
Plage Antibes & Plage Keller are a short scenic stroll away (5-10mins) (20-25mins)
Our chef and team offer a creative and special Mediterranean cuisine using products of the highest quality with local, organic or seasonal fruit and vegetables where available.
Breakfast includes freshly squeezed juices, Herbal Teas, muesli and granola, fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, yoghurts, free-range eggs, fresh breads and hot specialities.
The kitchen is open again in the afternoon for you to help yourself to snacks, fruit, fresh bread and local delicacies.
Evening buffet style meals are freshly and lovingly prepared offering a variety of plant based bowls of goodness for you to enjoy. All meals use seasonal, local or organic produce to provide delicious, nutritious soulful food.

2 Daily Practices which include meditation, music and mantras.
The tranquility of this beautiful setting lends itself perfectly to inspire our creative beings, and so we will work towards refining, and in some cases, retuning our conscious minds to be connected to the creative self. By clearing the pathways of our chakra system to prevent unwanted blockages, recognising and freeing our minds from that which doesn’t serve us, our daily practices will train & strengthen our abilities to maintain a calm, relaxed and focused mindset as we set ourselves upon the path of self empowerment.
Morning Practice : Vinyasa/ Slow Flow to awaken and energise the body and Mind
Evening Practice : Restorative/Yin to calm and restore the body & spirit.
(Yin & Restorative are floor based practices inviting complete relaxation - not an energetic practice)

Personal one 2 one lessons available daily to explore & deepen your practice..
This is a great way to really fine tune your practice and get on top of those areas of your practice that you find challenging. Brodie will break down and give you the tools to help you modify & transform your practice, Teaching you how to find the balance between doing too much and too little, helping you to maintain & sustain a level that is right for you.
