Themed with mindfulness and philosophies of Yogic tradition, this Alignment and breath based practice is for those who want to challenge themselves physically and mentally and deepen their awareness, connection and understanding to the mind, body and spirit. A moving meditation that explores advanced poses while still giving those who are developing their practice the tools and options needed to strengthen but maintain a safe practice. The class moves at a quicker pace while still allowing time to explore and delight in new and loved asanas. Guaranteed the level 1-2 Vinyasa Flow will take you on a roller coaster journey that challenges your mental and physical strength and leave you feeling challenged, invigorated and ready to take on the world.
