A gentle practice that allows you to relax and unwind or strengthen and stimulate the fascia, organs and muscles deep within the body. Starting with a soft slow flowing Vinyasa style sequence to gently warm the muscles and mind before moving into a calm seated based practice that enables you to completely let go of the physical and mental tensions you may be holding on to in order to strengthen and focus the mind. Yin is a great way to deepen your meditation practice or strengthen your body awareness and connection while passively stretching out the muscles by holding these floor based poses anywhere from 1 - 5mins, * This Practice is great for those recovering from injuries or for those just wanting some 'me time' to nurture and nourish the Body Mind Spirit
