With over a decade of experience delivering Mindfulness, Meditation, and Yoga across the public, private, and corporate sectors, Brodie and his team of dedicated teachers brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and professionalism to every session.
We offer weekly classes in some of London’s most respected wellness centres, and provide tailored sessions for organisations, teams, and individuals looking to improve wellbeing, focus, and resilience through mindful practices.

Our journey began in the world of performance and sport, where the disciplines of breathwork, body awareness, and presence were part of daily training. It quickly became clear that these tools had powerful benefits far beyond the stage & sporting arena — helping to manage stress, improve emotional clarity, and enhance physical and mental resilience.
What started as a personal practice evolved into a shared passion for teaching. Over the years, we’ve built a community that values connection, growth, and the transformative power of mindful movement.
