Meditation is about training the brain in attention and awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And so eventually, you may start to better understand them, and when you do, you develop the ability to achieve and respond from a mentally clear and emotionally stable and calm state. All are welcome Beginners or Experienced Meditators - come learn and continue tuning in.
